Our main & learner pools are not heated. They are sea water bathing pools and are usually 1-2 degrees above sea temperature.
The geothermal pool is heated to 30-32 degrees.
Tickets will go out on the 15th of each month for the following month.

We do not. Valuables are brought to the pool at your own risk.
Yes. Please do not enter the pool if you have recently exercised. Time should be allowed for your body to temperature to return to normal after exercise.
Sessions are one hour long. However, bathers are advised to take regular breaks from the pool. It is advised to exit the water every 10-15 minutes to allow your body temperature to return to normal.
We plan on keeping the Geothermal pool and café open all year around.
We do a deep pool clean each month and regularly refresh the seawater. However the will from time-to-time be natural debris.
Regular testing is carried out to ensure our lido is always safer then open water swimming.

Yes, there is a bike shed opposite us in St Anthony’s car park.
Absolutely! We offer a second half day in the Main pool at a discount.
Geothermal session can be booked consecutively but we advice that for heath reasons you don’t do sessions back to back.
Not all sessions can be moved or refunded. You can see your T&Cs in your booking confirmation email. If you need to cancel or move your booking please give at least 48 hours notice. Send an email the kiosk
There is no need to book, the cafe is operating on a first come basis.
We have a zero tolerance site-wide no smoking or vaping rule. This is in-place for the safety and comfort of others.

Yes! But please note that you need to follow our supervision ratios at all times.
Children aged 5 and over are permitted in the Geothermal pool.
For their own safety children under 5 are not permitted.
In line with NHS guidance, we don’t permit pregnant women to bathe in the geothermal pool.
This depends on the age of your child(ren), please see our supervision ratios page.
Dogs are welcome on our café terrace but for hygiene and water safety reasons are not allowed beyond the kiosk to poolside except for on our designated ‘Dog Day’.
Guide dogs are welcome at all times.

We use natural salt sea water and therefore highly recommend removing all tarnishable and valuable items such as (but not limited to) watches, smart-wear, rings and other jewellery.
We don’t accept liability for damage to any items taken into our pools.
Yes, you can in the main pool. Please do not bring inflatables into the geothermal pool as space is limited.
Sometimes we do this when weather is poor and there are a limited number of customers to help save costs to our charitable organisation on lifeguarding costs.

Lost property is held for roughly a month before being donated, recycled, or disposed of.
Yes you are welcome to bring food to be eaten poolside however please make sure you don’t bring glass or breakable containers to poolside for safety of other customers. You can buy food in our café which helps support the running of the pool and keeping it here for future generations. Only food purchased in the cafe can be eaten at cafe tables.
Please note poolside seating is limited.
