Sea Pool
The UK’s largest seawater pool, holding approximately 5 million litres of water. It is filled on a high tide allowing you to enjoy cold water swimming in a sheltered, lifeguarded pool with freshwater showers and facilities. The pool temperature usually sits a couple of degrees warmer than the surrounding seawater. The children’s pool is also saltwater, has a depth of 0.6m and is not heated (except by the sun)!
Geothermal Pool

The geothermal pool is a naturally heated sea pool that reaches temperatures between 28–30 degrees.
Classes, Lessons & Events
We have a fantastic range of classes and lessons on offer including AquaFit classes in the geothermal, adult swimming lessons in the main pool & yoga on the terrace.
We love to host a range of poolside events too. Whether it’s dancing on the terrace during our Sunday Sessions, participating in our annual Jubilee sea swim, savouring poolside pizza nights, or celebrating the full-moon with invigorating twilight swims, we love to see everyone enjoying our pool and what we offer.

Enjoy your coffee with breathtaking panoramic views of our iconic Art Deco lido and Mounts Bay. There is plenty of space on our top terrace, and dogs are welcome too!
