Join the team at Jubilee Pool, the UK’s largest Art Deco seawater lido and home to the UK’s first geothermally heated seawater pool. As Duty Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operation of this iconic community-owned facility, ensuring the highest standards of safety, customer service and operational excellence.
You’ll supervise lifeguards, reception and café staff, coordinate site activities, respond to incidents and support staff development, helping to deliver an exceptional visitor experience.
We’re looking for a positive and enthusiastic team leader with a current NPLQ, at least two years’ pool lifeguarding experience, and strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
