Yoga on the Terrace – Tuesday Evenings
September 7 @ 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Sandra teaches Vinyasa yoga, a style of yoga that aligns the breath with flowing movement from one yoga pose to the next.
The classes are Slow Flow which is a gentler pace of yoga and aims to help you build strength, flexibility and mobility.
Some experience of yoga is required to attend this class but there are plans for a Beginner’s class too so let Sandra know if you’re interested in starting your yoga journey.
