Our pool is a sea water bathing pool and usually is 1-2 temperatures above sea water.

Yes that’s fine.

At the moment you can just turn up on the day and buy your ticket.  We will be launching online ticket purchasing soon.

Not yet but when we upgrade our changing facilities in October, we will be installing a small amount of lockers for valuables.

Our geothermal pool has been build and you can get into it during Summer 2019 but it will be at normal sea water temperatures.  We plan to switch on the heat in November 2019.

We have opened the pool on 6th July due to our £1.8M construction project to build our new geothermal pool and all new top terrace and café facilities opening on 27th July.

This depends on the age of your child(ren), please see our supervision ratios page.

Dogs are welcome on our top terrace but are for hygiene reasons and water safety are not allowed on our poolside except for on our designated ‘Dog Day.’  Guide dogs are welcome at all times.

Sure thing, you can bring these or buy them at our kiosk.  Some days we may restrict inflatables (if we get over crowded or it’s windy) for your safety.  You can also recycle your inflatables with us.

Sometimes we do this when weather is poor and there are a limited number of customers to help save costs to our charitable organisation on lifeguarding costs.

Call our office on 01736 369224 or email contact@jubileepool.co.uk – we will always aim to reunite lost property with its owner but please note we do not keep items for more than 7 days as we have limited storage space.

Yes you are welcome to however please make sure you don’t bring glass or breakable containers to poolside for safety of other customers.  You can buy food in our café which helps support the running of the pool and keeping it here for future generations.
