JPPL’s Board of Directors is looking to appoint a Business Manager to manage, develop and market the Pool and Café.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Business Manager will take full responsibility for overall management of the Facility, its staff and volunteers and drive business development and sustainability in accordance with its charitable purpose and the Board’s strategic guidance.
– Management of the Pool and Cafe facilities
– Financial management and forecasting
– Event management
– Reporting to the Board of Directors on a weekly/monthly basis
– Marketing and developing the Pool and Cafe facilities and activities
Qualifications and Skills
The successful candidate will have experience of managing and delivering a leisure operation and/or visitor attraction (although not necessarily a sporting venue), together with a proven track record of marketing and successfully developing the business of that operation/attraction.
