The team is back and working hard to get everything in place to reopen.
During poor weather we may reduce the size of the swimming area by using lane ropes. This helps us minimise lifeguarding costs as a charity when the pool is less busy. During really severe weather such as storms we may close completely if it is unsafe for swimming. We will always contact customers with affected bookings via email and post notice of closures on our website and social media whenever possible.
Entry to the pool when lifeguards are not present is strictly prohibited and trespassers will be prosecuted. 24 hour security patrols are now in place for safety.
Following the Government announcement Jubilee Pool will be reopening in stages as follows, , Main Pool – 6th April and Café (outdoor seating) – 12th April. Due to technical issues the Geo pool will remain closed for now.
To keep in line with guidelines and to manage the booking process there will be two ticket releases.
8th March at 10am – all session between 6th April and 11th April will be open to Cornish residents.
15th March at 10am – all sessions between 12th April and 20th June will be open to all.
We look forward to seeing you soon.
